In order to achieve this, we used peach and mango extract- this extract is made by taking a wide variety of natural peaches and mangoes, mixing them together, and extracting the juice or nectar and flavor. We also include natural bitter blocker in order to cancel out some of the bitter taste that yerba mate and caffeine can have. Our tongues have taste buds that pick up sweet, salty, bitter, sour, and umami. Bitter blockers come from natural products like amino acids, peptides, plants, etc. that mask the bitter taste, so our taste buds don’t pick it up.
